How Our Laser Cutting Process Works
Drawing & DFM Review
We review DXF geometry, material, thickness, tolerances, hole sizes and downstream bending or welding requirements.
Nesting & Setup
Cutting parameters and assist gas are selected for the material. Parts are nested to improve sheet utilization and stability.
Cutting & Inspection
Parts are cut, checked and deburred when required before moving to forming, welding, finishing or packing.
Materials We Commonly Process
Typical grades include SUS201/304/316, SPCC, SGCC, SECC and 5052/6061 aluminum. Material availability and the practical cutting range are confirmed during quotation.
