From Layout to Finished Pallet
1. Understand the LoadConfirm part weight, dimensions, center of gravity and loading method.
2. Review HandlingCheck forklift, pallet jack, crane or robotic interface requirements.
3. Optimize the StructureReview support spacing, feet, stacking points, locators and reinforcement.
4. Fabricate and InspectCut, bend, weld, finish and inspect the pallet according to the drawing.
5. Confirm for Repeat UseApply approved requirements to future pallet batches or variants.
Capacity note: maximum load depends on pallet geometry, material, support spacing, load distribution, stacking height and handling conditions. The final design should be reviewed against the actual application.
