● We check laser compatibility, layer/line settings, and kerf considerations to avoid rework.
2) Machine Setup
● Parameters set by material & thickness (power, speed, assist gas); fixtures arranged for flatness.
3) Precision Cutting
● Clean, burr-controlled cuts along programmed paths; nest optimization to minimize scrap.
