Welding in Our Workshop

Common Sheet Metal Welding Methods

MIG welding process
PRODUCTIVE

MIG Welding

Continuous wire and shielding gas support efficient joining of carbon steel, stainless steel and selected aluminum assemblies.

TIG welding process
CONTROLLED

TIG Welding

Offers controlled heat input and clean weld appearance for thin sheet, visible joints and precision assemblies.

Stick welding process
STRUCTURAL

Stick Welding

A practical option for selected thicker steel structures, repairs and working conditions where portability matters.

Plasma arc welding process
CONCENTRATED ARC

Plasma Arc Welding

A concentrated arc can support controlled, repeatable joining for suitable materials and production applications.

Automated precision welding
PRECISION

Laser Welding

Useful for selected precision joints where focused heat input, welding speed and limited access must be considered.

Gas welding process
SPECIAL USE

Gas Welding

An oxy-fuel process used for selected tubing, repair and fabrication work when appropriate for the material and joint.

Method selection is project-specific.
Material grade, sheet thickness, weld length, cosmetic surfaces, distortion limits and production quantity should be reviewed together.
