Looking for reliable stamped components with stable quality and fast lead time? We build parts to your print, from simple brackets to intricate progressive-die parts, with clear English communication and strict QC.
● Cost-effective parts with stable yield for prototypes and mass production.
● Consistent quality: IQC → IPQC → FQC; gauges/CMM checks on critical dimensions.
● Short, predictable lead times with clear updates from English-speaking engineers.
● Progressive die / compound die / single-hit; forming, coining, embossing, bending.
● In-die tapping/insert (where applicable); secondary ops: tapping, deburring, assembly.
● Surface treatments: zinc-nickel plating, anodizing, powder coat, passivation, silkscreen.
● Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, brass; high-strength grades on request.
● Typical thickness: 0.3–3.0 mm (project-dependent).
● Samples: 7–10 days for simple tools; progressive die build typically 2–4 weeks (complexity dependent).
● Preventive die maintenance plan to keep long-run yield stable.
● 100% check on key features; cosmetic inspection before shipment.
● Optional docs: FAI/PPAP level, material certs, hardness/plating thickness, RoHS/REACH statements.
● Files: STEP/IGES + PDF with key tolerances and threads.
● Material & finish: grade/spec (e.g., SPCC, 304, 5052) and requested coating.
● Quantity/annual forecast, target delivery date, destination country/region.
We sign NDAs on request. Drawings, tooling data, and production records are restricted to authorized engineers. Your designs remain confidential at all times.
Tip: If timing is tight, include acceptable alternates (e.g., thickness/finish) to speed DFM and scheduling.
