2) Tooling

3) Setup

4) Run
● Controlled tonnage and station timing ensure accuracy and repeatability at volume.
5) Finish
● Clean, deburr, and apply coatings (powder, plating, anodize) per spec before packing.

Die design sets tool life and part consistency; add pilots/strippers where needed.
Press tonnage sized to thickness, perimeter, features; avoid overload/deflection.
