From Drawing to Finished Part

1. Review

Confirm material, key tolerances, threads, finish and assembly interfaces from your files.

2. Program

Plan workholding and create toolpaths for milling, turning and drilling as required.

3. Machine

Produce parts and complete deburring or the specified surface finishing.

4. Inspect

Check agreed features against the approved drawing before packing.

Project Options

  • Quantity: Individual prototypes and repeat production can be reviewed.
  • Processes: CNC milling, turning and multi-axis machining.
  • Materials: Aluminum, stainless steel, copper alloys and engineering plastics; other materials by project review.
  • Finishes: Anodizing, coating, plating, brushing and other specified treatments where suitable.
Accuracy and lead time depend on your part. Feature size, material, machining access, quantity and finish all affect what is achievable. Include critical tolerances on the drawing so we can review them before quoting.
