CNC machining turns your CAD into production-ready parts with speed and repeatable accuracy. From prototypes to volume builds, our mills, lathes, and skilled engineers keep quality high and timelines predictable.
● CAD design → CAM toolpaths → CNC cutting (milling/turning/drilling) with micron-level control.
● In-process checks and fixturing keep tolerances stable across batches.
● Finishing, cleaning, and packing prepared for global shipping.
● High precision: tight, repeatable tolerances and consistent quality.
● Fast turnaround: prototype to production without compromising accuracy.
● Scalable: one-offs, bridge builds, or mass batches — no strict MOQs.
● Flexible materials: metals, plastics, and composites all supported.
● Metals: Aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, mild steel, titanium (on request).
● Plastics/Composites: POM/Delrin, PEI/Ultem, PA, PC, CFRP plates, etc.
● Finishes: Anodize, powder coat, plating, bead-blast, polishing, passivation.
● Typical prototype lead time: 3–7 days; expedite available for simple parts.
● Typical tolerance: ±0.05 mm; down to ±0.01 mm on key features after review.
● QC: 100% check on critical dimensions; thread gauges; cosmetic inspection before shipment.
● Files: STEP/IGES + PDF with key tolerances/threads and surface finish.
● Quantity range, target delivery date, and destination country/region.
● Acceptable alternates (e.g., 6061 ↔ 6082, bead-blast ↔ polish) if timing is critical.
We sign NDAs on request. Drawings, models, and project data are restricted to authorized engineers and handled confidentially at all times.
Tip: Mark cosmetic faces and any masked areas (threads/bores) on your PDF to avoid finishing rework.
