How We Review a CNC Project

1. Drawing and revision checkWe confirm the current CAD/PDF files, datums, threads, finishes and critical features.
2. Material, quantity and routeWe match the material and order quantity to an efficient milling, turning or multi-axis setup.
3. Manufacturing reviewTool access, workholding, thin walls, deep pockets and secondary operations are reviewed before release.
4. Production and inspectionSamples or batches are produced with in-process checks and final dimensional review.

Quality and Consistency

Feature Control

Critical holes, bores, threads and mating surfaces receive focused checks.

Process Control

Approved drawings and revision status guide programming and production.

Finish Review

Edges, deburring, color and surface condition are checked to the agreed standard.

Reports on Request

Inspection records can be prepared for project or customer requirements.

Tolerance note: Requirements such as ±0.01 mm may be achievable for suitable features. Final capability depends on geometry, material, process route and inspection method.
