3. First-part verificationCheck critical dimensions and machining results before repeat production.
4. In-process controlMonitor important features, tool condition and dimensional trends during the batch.
5. Final inspectionVerify agreed dimensions, finish, appearance and quantity before packing.
Tolerance guidance: Requirements around ±0.01 mm may be achievable for suitable features. Final capability depends on material, geometry, feature size, process route and inspection method.

Can you reproduce a previous order?Yes. Please provide the part number and latest approved revision so material, quantity, finish and any changes can be confirmed.
Can you machine different materials?Aluminum, steels, copper, brass, titanium and selected engineering plastics can be reviewed according to the drawing.
How long does production take?Lead time depends on material availability, geometry, quantity, finishing and inspection requirements and is confirmed with the quotation.
