Where Precision Is Built Into the Process

Flat PatternHole locations, slots, cutouts, tabs, and outer profiles begin from the flat sheet geometry.

BendingBend position, angle, radius, flange length, and feature-to-bend distance affect the final three-dimensional shape.

Welded Fit-UpPanels, brackets, and frames should align correctly before welding so that the finished assembly follows the drawing.

Hardware InterfacesStuds, inserts, nuts, hinges, locks, brackets, and mounting points must remain compatible with the final assembly.

Feature Relationships Matter

Hole to BendMounting holes positioned close to bends should be reviewed together with the forming sequence.

Some dimensions directly affect assembly, alignment, sealing, or mounting, while others are general profile dimensions. Identifying the critical features on the drawing helps manufacturing and inspection focus on the areas that matter most.
