From laser cutting and CNC bending to welding, finishing, assembly and inspection, we manufacture enclosure parts according to customer drawings, CAD files and samples.

A typical enclosure project passes through several fabrication and inspection stages before final delivery.
Sheet metal is cut according to customer CAD drawings, including holes, slots and openings.
Panels and enclosure bodies are formed to the required angles and dimensions.
TIG / MIG welding, riveting and hardware installation can be used according to the enclosure design.
Welds, edges and surfaces are prepared before the required surface treatment.
PEM nuts, studs, rivet nuts, hinges and other hardware can be installed.
Dimensions, hole positions, appearance and assembly fit are checked before shipment.
Enclosure parts are checked during production according to customer drawings and agreed requirements.
2D and 3D files are welcome, including DWG, DXF, PDF, STEP, STP and IGS formats.
We support prototype development, sample verification and repeat production for custom enclosure projects.
Samples can be used to verify dimensions, assembly fit, hardware positions and surface appearance before production quantities increase.
