Carbon fiber components often require accurate secondary machining after forming.We can support CNC cutting, profile machining, drilling, slotting and trimmingto achieve the final geometry required for assembly.


After machining, parts can be cleaned, deburred and inspected according tothe drawing requirements. Critical dimensions, hole locations and assemblyfeatures can be checked before the parts move to final assembly or packing.


For production orders, we can support machining, inspection, manual finishing,component assembly and protective packaging. The manufacturing process can beadjusted according to part geometry, quantity and end-use requirements.


Custom machined carbon fiber components can be used in robotics,automation equipment, industrial machinery, inspection systems,electronic equipment, lightweight structures and other applicationswhere low weight and high structural stiffness are required.
