Flat Plates and Panels

Laser cutting or punching can create profiles, mounting holes, slots and access openings. Specify the overall dimensions, hole locations and edge requirements for equipment panels, mounting plates and enclosure components.

Bent Covers and Support Parts

CNC bending and forming can turn flat blanks into covers, brackets and structural parts. Bend angles, flange lengths and the relationship between holes and bends should follow the final assembly drawing.

Welded Plates and Assemblies

TIG or MIG welding can be included for joined plate structures. Joint details, alignment, visible weld areas and finishing expectations are reviewed before fabrication.
