Hongming Sheng manufactures small metal stamping parts for electrical connectors, spring contacts, signal terminals and custom mechanical assemblies. Parts are produced according to your drawings, specified material and assembly requirements.
For a small stamped component, contact position, formed height, edge condition and surface treatment can be as important as its overall size. Our engineering review helps define these requirements before tooling and production.

| Material and Thickness | Alloy grade, material temper, nominal thickness and any required material documentation. |
| Critical Dimensions | Hole spacing, contact width, formed height, mounting features and tolerances that affect assembly. |
| Edge Condition | Permitted burr height, burr direction and areas requiring deburring or special handling. |
| Surface Treatment | Plating type, coating thickness, passivation and any specified contact or masking areas. |
| Order Scope | Sample quantity, initial order, expected repeat demand, drawing revision and delivery target. |
For designs specified at 0.1 mm thickness, feasibility is reviewed against the material, feature sizes and tooling requirements. Achievable tolerances and the production schedule are confirmed after drawing review.
Copper and Brass
Options for custom electrical terminals and contact components. Specify the alloy, temper and finish required for the intended function.
Stainless Steel and Aluminum
Options for small formed components, mounting parts and mechanical hardware, subject to the drawing and material requirements.
Secondary processes can include deburring, plating, passivation or heat treatment where suitable for the selected material. Required treatments and inspection criteria are agreed before production.
Send your 2D drawing or 3D model with material grade, thickness, quantity, critical tolerances, edge requirements and surface treatment. Include the target delivery date and any sample approval or inspection requirements.
If you have a sample or sketch, add key dimensions and explain how the component fits into your assembly. Our team can review the manufacturing requirements before quotation.
