Tell us whether you need individual fabricated parts, welded subassemblies or a complete mechanical assembly. Identify supplied hardware, customer-provided components and any features that must remain accessible after assembly.
Surface finish, visible areas and packing requirements should be included with the drawing. We can review how cutting, forming, joining and finishing fit together within the project scope.

We welcome prototype and production enquiries from 1 to 100,000 pieces. The manufacturing route, quotation and lead time are reviewed according to the part structure, material and order requirements.
For samples, check the finished part with its mating equipment and record any adjustments in the drawing revision. Repeat production follows the approved drawings, assembly scope and finish requirements.
Dimensional and appearance checks focus on the agreed critical features, mounting interfaces and visible surfaces. Inspection documents and packing requirements can be defined during quotation.
Include the current 2D drawings and/or 3D CAD files, material, thickness, quantity, surface finish, critical dimensions, assembly requirements and target delivery date. For assemblies, add the parts list and hardware scope.
