01 Progressive StampingMultiple operations are arranged within a progressive die for repeat production. Suitable part geometry, tooling, and order volume are reviewed before selecting this process. | 02 Deep DrawingFormed housings, covers, and cylindrical components manufactured around the required shape. Material selection and forming feasibility are evaluated for each design. | 03 Custom ToolingIn-house mold and die support for custom stamped components. Step 1: Material Preparation
Check sheet material, grade, thickness, and surface condition against the project requirements.
Step 2: Stamping and Forming
Use the agreed tooling and forming method, including progressive die stamping or deep drawing where suitable.
Step 3: Additional Features
Complete punching, bending, and secondary operations according to the part drawing.
Step 4: Finishing and Assembly
Provide deburring, welding, tapping, surface finishing, and assembly when specified.
Step 5: Inspection and Shipment
Check critical dimensions and agreed quality requirements before export packing and shipment.
