Hongming Sheng provides custom sheet metal bending services for enclosures, chassis, brackets, and fabricated assemblies. We work from your drawings, samples, or project requirements, with support from design review through forming, finishing, and assembly.
Bending in PracticeCNC bending shapes flat sheets into permanent angles and multi-bend geometries for your part design. Material thickness, bend radius, forming sequence, and assembly fit are reviewed before production. Single-part prototypes and repeat production orders are supported. Lead times are confirmed after reviewing the design, material, quantity, and finish. |
01 / Drawing & Design Review
Share the part dimensions, material grade, thickness, bend angles, and critical tolerances. Our team reviews manufacturability and discusses adjustments before the design moves into production.
02 / Forming & Dimensional Checks
Suitable tooling and bend sequences are selected for the geometry. In-process checks focus on bend angles, flange dimensions, and features that affect assembly.
03 / Finishing & Assembly
Secondary processing can include surface finishing, marking, and assembly according to the specification. Final inspection checks the finished parts against the agreed requirements.
Materials: Aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper. Grade and thickness are reviewed together with bend geometry and application requirements.
Secondary processes: Powder coating, plating, and silk screen printing can be specified to suit the selected material and required appearance.
Send your drawings or a dimensioned sketch, material and thickness, expected quantity, finish, and target delivery date. Highlight any dimensions or mating surfaces that are essential to assembly.
