A prototype or first article can help confirm fit, appearance, and critical features before a larger order. Drawing revisions and approved changes should be recorded so repeat production follows the agreed specification. Lead time is confirmed after the machining, finishing, and inspection scope is reviewed.
Send a 2D drawing and available 3D model, material grade, order quantity, critical tolerances, surface finish, and target delivery date. Include any assembly or inspection report requirements.
