CATEGORIESChina · Drawing-Based OEM Manufacturing
Hongming Sheng supports OEM customers with custom stamped brackets, clips, contacts, shields, covers, and formed metal components.
A useful manufacturing review starts with what the part must do: support an assembly, protect electronics, make a connection, or form a housing. Material, tooling, inspection, and finishing are then planned around the approved requirements.

Request Metal Stamping QuoteThe industry provides context; the drawing defines what needs to be manufactured. These part families offer a practical starting point for review.
01 · Support & location
Formed supports, retaining clips, tabs, and mounting components for equipment assemblies.
Review: Hole positions, bend angles, springback, attachment points, and customer-defined load or retention requirements.
02 · Cover & protection
Stamped shells, covers, panels, and formed pieces that fit into a larger housing or assembly.
Review: Flatness, seams, mounting interfaces, edge condition, surface protection, and finish.
03 · Electrical connection
Drawing-defined copper, brass, or other specified metal components for electrical assemblies.
Review: Alloy, temper, contact geometry, plating areas, burr direction, and mating dimensions.
04 · Formed body
Parts requiring drawing, flanges, ribs, bends, or several forming stages.
Review: Material flow, radii, forming sequence, trimming, wall requirements, and inspection access.
Brackets, clips, shields, and mounting parts: identify assembly interfaces, finish requirements, forecast quantities, and customer approval procedures.
Contacts, covers, shielding parts, and internal supports: define contact surfaces, burr limits, cosmetic areas, and coating or plating requirements.
Mounting plates, equipment supports, and enclosure components: confirm fasteners, welded interfaces, installation clearances, and environmental exposure.
State the intended use, part classification, customer qualification rules, material records, and acceptance criteria so project suitability can be reviewed individually.
Application approval is separate from fabrication. Industry references do not imply product certification or approval for a safety-critical application. Required qualifications, testing, and documentation must be reviewed before order acceptance.
Our metal stamping services include blanking, punching, forming, progressive die stamping, and deep drawing. The route depends on geometry, material, quantity, and expected design changes.
Options include stainless steel, carbon steel, coated steel, aluminum, copper, and brass.
Specify grade, thickness, temper or hardness, grain direction where relevant, and any required material documentation. “Stainless steel” or “aluminum” alone may not be sufficient for quotation.
Deburring, tapping, hardware installation, welding, assembly, plating, anodizing, and powder coating can be reviewed as part of the project.
Mark finished dimensions, masking areas, visible surfaces, and mating features. Secondary processing must be considered before the tooling and inspection plan are finalized.
A useful quality plan identifies measurable requirements. Inspection scope, sampling, traceability, and report formats should be agreed during quotation.
Documentation is project-specific. Full-dimensional reports, statistical studies, compliance declarations, and special certifications are not assumed to be included. Send the exact requirements so availability, scope, and cost can be confirmed.
A unit price is only part of a stamping proposal. Confirm tooling charges, sample scope, material, tolerances, finishing, reports, packing, and delivery assumptions before comparing suppliers.
Cost review may include strip layout, material utilization, operation count, finish requirements, and repeat-order quantities. Changes to functional or critical features should remain subject to your approval.
Yes. Label each drawing with a part number and provide a matching list of materials, quantities, finishes, and revisions. This helps keep the scope clear for each item.
No. Tooling investment, part geometry, volume, and design stability should be considered together. A different route may suit prototypes or smaller, changing orders.
A sketch, sample, or preliminary model can support an initial discussion. The final material, dimensions, manufacturing scope, and acceptance criteria must be confirmed before production.
