Materials We Machine
Aluminum alloys, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, titanium when specified, and engineering plastics such as POM and nylon.
Concentricity, diameter control, thread fit and surface quality can affect how a turned part performs in its assembly. Identify these requirements on your drawing so they can be reviewed before production.
01. Before Machining
Review the drawing, material specification, tolerance requirements and manufacturing feasibility.
02. Critical Dimensions
Verify the material and inspect the dimensions identified as critical to function or assembly.
03. Threads and Surfaces
Check thread and surface requirements where specified, using the agreed drawing as the inspection reference.
Include your 2D drawings, 3D models, material, finish, expected quantity and any assembly requirements. Our engineers can review manufacturability and recommend a suitable machining process.
