Define the Frame Connection Before Fabrication

Bracket Detail	What to Specify
Joint Geometry	Inside or outside corner position, flange lengths, bracket width and bend angle.
Mounting Holes	Round holes, slots or countersinks, with sizes and positions referenced to the mounting faces.
Attachment	Bolted or welded connection, including fastener clearance or weld requirements.
Assembly Fit	Contact areas, adjacent frame profiles, installation access and critical dimensions.

For reinforcement applications, include the intended loads and frame connection details. Strength and stiffness requirements should be assessed for the complete bracket, frame and attachment arrangement.

Materials and Surface Finishes

• Cold-rolled steel: Custom formed brackets with zinc plating or powder coating options where specified.

• Stainless steel: Grade and surface requirements selected according to the application.

• Aluminum: Lightweight bracket options, with anodizing or coating reviewed for the selected alloy.

• Finish details: Specify color, visible surfaces and masking requirements for threads or contact areas.

Material grade, thickness and bend radius are reviewed together. A 90° bracket angle and its tolerance should be defined on the drawing, along with any critical hole-to-bend dimensions.

01. Review the Assembly
Confirm the bracket drawing, mating frame, material and order quantity before choosing the fabrication route.

02. Cut and Form
Use laser cutting, punching or stamping as appropriate, with forming operations matched to the required geometry.

03. Finish and Inspect
Check specified dimensions, mounting holes, bend angles and edge condition. Apply the agreed surface treatment.

04. Pack for Delivery
Protect finished surfaces and organize parts according to the agreed packaging requirements.
