Specify the Load and Layout Together

Projects with target payloads from 50 kg to 2,000 kg can be reviewed. The final working load is confirmed for the complete frame and wheel configuration under the agreed operating conditions.

Provide the size and weight of the carried items, their support points and how the load is distributed. Caster selection also considers the trolley's own weight, the supporting wheels, travel speed and floor conditions.

Wheel Configuration for Your Workshop

• Fixed wheels: Provide directional guidance along the travel route.

• Swivel casters: Allow changes in direction and maneuvering around equipment.

• Brake options: Specify the required parking arrangement and access to the brake controls.

Share floor type, joints or thresholds, indoor or outdoor use, moisture exposure and movement frequency. Wheel tread, diameter and mounting details can then be reviewed for those conditions.

Drawing Review, Fabrication and Delivery

Frame and Assembly Review

Our team reviews the frame layout, welded joints, support features and caster mounting positions before fabrication. Sketches or reference dimensions can support an initial discussion.

Manufacturing and Inspection

Fabrication includes cutting, welding, finishing and hardware assembly according to the project scope. Inspection covers specified dimensions, mounting features, weld appearance and the fitted wheel arrangement. Sample approval and any load-test requirements are agreed before production.

Export Packing and Loading

Packing is reviewed around the finished dimensions and shipment quantity. Where the design allows, removable handles or bolt-on accessories can help reduce packing volume. Confirm the supplied assembly state, hardware and reassembly requirements during quotation.
