Materials & Finishing

Aluminum Suitable for lightweight heat sinks, bases, housings, and fin structures.	Copper Used for heat spreading parts and applications requiring higher thermal conductivity.
Anodizing Common for aluminum heat sink surfaces where specified by the customer.	Other Finishes Nickel plating, passivation, polishing, and other treatments can be applied according to drawing requirements.
