Copper cold plates transfer heat from high-power chips to circulating coolant. For custom server cooling parts, we review contact surface flatness, channel dimensions, sealing surface quality, and assembly dimensions against the drawing requirements.
Cooling assemblies can combine cold plates, heat sinks, metal frames, seals, and connection structures. We support manufacturing and assembly fit verification for modules used around GPUs, CPUs, and power devices, with attention to mounting interfaces and compact server installation.
Channel geometry influences coolant distribution and heat exchange. Our machining review considers channel accuracy, clean internal paths, specified surface finish, and sealing surface consistency. These features are checked according to the agreed component specifications.
Rack cooling projects may require several metal components to work together. We manufacture cooling plates, mounting frames, heat transfer structures, metal housings, and related machined parts for server cabinet applications, supporting development through repeat production.
