AI servers, GPU clusters and high-performance computing systems generate extreme heat in compact spaces. Their cooling components must provide efficient heat transfer, precise assembly and dependable sealing.
Copper cold plates are suitable for high-heat-flux CPUs, GPUs, accelerators and power modules. CNC machining allows complex coolant channels and critical mounting features to be produced from the customer’s design.

Aluminum provides a practical combination of low weight, good thermalperformance and competitive cost. It is widely used for server coldplates, finned heat sinks, power electronics and data center equipment.
We commonly machine 6061 aluminum for structural cooling components.For suitable heat sink designs, 6063 extruded profiles can be combinedwith precision cutting, drilling, tapping and CNC secondary machining.

The performance of a cooling plate depends on more than its overalldimensions. Flatness, channel geometry, sealing grooves and connectorpositions can directly affect installation and operating reliability.
For suitable components and features, CNC machining tolerances downto ±0.01 mm can be supported, subject to finalengineering review.
