Laser Cutting for Panels and Openings

Laser cutting produces panel profiles, ventilation patterns, connector openings and mounting features from approved CAD files. Material grade, sheet thickness and critical cut dimensions are reviewed before production.

Panels are deburred and prepared for forming according to the required edge condition.

CNC Bending and Welded Enclosure Structures

CNC Bending

Side walls, folded edges and mounting flanges are formed to the specified geometry. Bend requirements, hole clearances and cover interfaces are reviewed for assembly fit.

Welding and Joining

Welded seams and structural connections can be specified for enclosure bodies and chassis. Joint locations, welding sequence and final assembly dimensions are reviewed with the drawing.

Powder Coating and Surface Finishing

Powder coating is available for specified enclosure parts, with color, texture, gloss and coverage agreed before finishing. Contact areas, threads and other surfaces that must remain uncoated should be identified on the drawing.

Other finishing options can include brushing, polishing or anodizing, depending on the material and drawing requirements.

Assembly and Quality Review

Enclosure bodies, covers, panels, internal brackets and hardware are assembled to the specified layout. Key checks include cover fit, mounting hole positions, hardware access and mating interfaces.

Inspection can cover overall dimensions, hole locations, bend geometry, assembly fit and surface appearance against customer drawings and agreed acceptance requirements.
