● Lower tooling requirement:Laser cutting and bending may be suitable for prototypes, development parts, or lower production quantities.

● Repeat production:Custom stamping tooling may offer advantages when geometry and order volume justify dedicated dies.

● Complex formed features:Stamping may be more suitable for parts requiring repeated pierced, formed, embossed, or drawn features.

● Large folded structures:Sheet metal bending may be more practical for panels, covers, housings, and structural brackets.
