ATM & Banking Terminals Need Precise Mechanical Interfaces

An ATM or banking terminal enclosure may integrate a card reader, display, keypad, indicator, access door, internal electronics, cable routing, and mounting hardware in one metal structure.

The enclosure should follow the actual device layout supplied by the customer rather than a fixed terminal design.

Main Interface Areas

Card Reader	Reader opening, mounting holes, internal bracket position, and surrounding front-panel geometry should match the selected hardware.
Display	Screen cutout, bezel area, mounting points, and visible surface alignment should be coordinated with the display module.
Keypad / Input	Openings and fixing features can be prepared according to the customer's keypad or control-interface layout.
Access Door	Rear or internal access panels can support installation, wiring, maintenance, and component replacement.
Internal Mounting	Brackets, studs, plates, rails, and other features can be added for electronics and mechanical components.
Cable Routing	Cable holes, clamps, entry points, and internal clearance should be considered together with the equipment layout.

Serviceability Should Be Designed Into the Enclosure

Banking and payment terminals may contain several replaceable or serviceable modules. Access doors, removable panels, fastening points, and internal clearance should allow the customer's equipment to be installed and maintained without unnecessary interference.
