Our ServiceLaser Cutting Turns CAD Geometry into Flat Metal Parts
Laser cutting is commonly used as the first step in sheet metal fabrication. A digital drawing is converted into a cutting path, then the required profiles, holes, slots, and openings are produced from flat sheet.
The cut parts can later move into bending, welding, machining, hardware installation, finishing, or assembly depending on the drawing.

| MaterialSteel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and coated sheet behave differently during cutting. | ThicknessSheet thickness affects cutting speed, heat input, edge condition, and process settings. | GeometrySmall holes, narrow slots, sharp corners, and closely spaced features may need additional review. |

A laser-cut blank often becomes part of a larger manufacturing route. Depending on the drawing, the next steps may include bending, welding, tapping, CNC machining, hardware installation, powder coating, anodizing, or mechanical assembly.
Need Custom Laser-Cut Sheet Metal Parts?
Send your drawing, material, thickness, quantity, finish, and any bending or secondary-process requirements. Our team can review the cutting and fabrication route before quotation.
Customer drawings, CAD files, samples, and technical specifications are treated as confidential. NDA support is available for OEM projects.
