Laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, stamping, welding and machining are selected according to geometry, tolerances, volume and assembly needs.
Critical dimensions, hole positions, formed features, appearance and assembly interfaces are checked against the approved drawing and project requirements.
A typical enclosure may require several coordinated operations. The final route depends on the approved design and production volume.
Check material thickness, bend radii, interfaces and critical dimensions.
Laser cut or punch profiles, openings and mounting features.
Bend panels in a planned sequence to achieve the required geometry.
Weld, rivet or install hardware according to the assembly design.
Apply the specified surface treatment, then inspect before shipment.
Laser cutting, CNC punching, precision bending and stamping for simple or complex part geometries.
TIG/MIG welding, spot welding, riveting, hardware insertion and mechanical subassembly.
Tapping, countersinking, deburring and CNC machining can be integrated where required.
Powder coating, painting, anodizing, plating, passivation and brushing according to material and end use.
Small details can influence cost and production stability. Hole-to-edge distance, bend relief, tolerance location, cosmetic surfaces, weld access and hardware placement should be evaluated before the manufacturing route is finalized.
