We review the body layout, chamber dimensions, panel joints, chimney connection and base mounting before fabrication. Drawings should identify the steel grades and food-contact parts, together with the required insulation and refractory components.
Our manufacturing scope can include cutting, bending, welding, seam finishing and mechanical assembly. The oven body and support structure are produced according to the agreed drawings and supply requirements.
Sample review focuses on dimensional fit, weld appearance, component installation and assembly details. Any cooking performance, heat-retention evaluation or supporting documentation requirements should be defined in the project specification before production approval.
Project scopes can include oven bodies, wheeled bases or assembled products for restaurant patios, catering equipment, mobile food-service setups and private-label outdoor cooking ranges.
For shipment planning, confirm whether the chimney, base or other components are supplied fitted or separately packed. Removable components can be reviewed where the design permits. Packing dimensions, supplied hardware and reassembly requirements are agreed during quotation.
