Hongming Sheng manufactures custom sheet metal battery housings and electric control boxes to customer drawings for energy storage, EV infrastructure, industrial equipment, and power electronics projects.
We review the internal component arrangement, mounting features, access panels, and finish together, then plan fabrication and mechanical assembly around the agreed specification.

The manufacturing route can combine laser cutting, CNC bending, TIG/MIG welding, machining, and mechanical assembly. Panel profiles, bends, joints, and mounting features are reviewed before production.

A prototype can help confirm component clearances, mounting positions, cover removal, and the specified finish. Approved changes are recorded in the drawing revision before batch production.
Inspection can cover critical dimensions, hole positions, joint appearance, panel fit, and mechanical assembly according to the agreed requirements. Packaging is arranged to protect finished surfaces and projecting features.

Send your drawing or 3D model, material grade, thickness, quantity, finish, and target delivery date. Include the component layout, mounting method, hardware requirements, and any sealing or ventilation requirements.
