Build the Enclosure Around the Equipment Layout

Front Panels and Device Interfaces

Define display openings, buttons, connectors and labels around the selected components. Identify visible surfaces and alignment requirements before fabrication.

Internal Mounting and Cable Space

Mounting plates, brackets, studs and support features can follow your electronics and mechanical layout. Include cable routes and clearance around removable modules.

Service Access and Ventilation

Specify removable covers, access doors and ventilation openings according to maintenance and cooling requirements. The enclosure structure should allow the intended service sequence.

Materials and Surface Finishes

• Stainless steel: Specify the grade, surface condition and exposure requirements for the application.

• Aluminum: A lightweight housing option, with alloy and thickness selected around the forming and assembly requirements.
