Door and Joint Sealing
Gasket contact surfaces, door fit, closure hardware and joint construction are reviewed against the specified protection requirements. These details are considered before cutting, bending and welding.
Cable Entries
Specify cable sizes, entry positions, gland types and any removable gland plates. Entry hardware and openings should be included in the enclosure configuration being evaluated.
Thermal Management
Share equipment heat load, ambient temperature and cooling requirements. Ventilation openings and protective covers are reviewed together with rain, dust and sealing requirements.
IP Rating and Acceptance Requirements: If your project specifies an IP rating such as IP54 or IP65, include the target rating and required test conditions. The enclosure body, doors, seals, cable entries and ventilation arrangement are reviewed as a complete assembly. Protection and testing scope are confirmed for the agreed configuration.
Specify coating type, color, thickness and any masking areas. Where UV exposure or salt spray testing is required, provide the test method, duration and acceptance criteria so the coating and testing scope can be confirmed during quotation.
Prototype enclosures can be used to check equipment installation, door operation, cable access and mounting fit. Drawing revisions and hardware requirements are confirmed before batch production.
Our fabrication scope can include cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing and mechanical assembly. Inspection, packaging and lead time are agreed according to the project requirements.
