Send Drawings & Brand Requirements
Color & Surface Color reference: Share a RAL or Pantone reference, physical sample, or your existing product color. Texture: Review brushed, sandblasted, or textured finishes to suit the required appearance. Finish layout: Identify visible faces, two-tone areas, and any surfaces with special finishing requirements. | Logo & Panel Details Marking method: Laser engraving or silk screen marking, selected for the agreed surface and artwork. Artwork control: Confirm logo size, position, orientation, text, and font requirements. Panel geometry: Review CNC-machined face details and cutout positions alongside the visual layout. |
1. Define the Visual Requirements
Mark cosmetic surfaces on the drawing and provide your brand guide, color references, and logo artwork.
2. Confirm the Reference Sample
Review the finish, texture, logo placement, and assembled appearance before approving the production specification.
3. Use the Agreed Reference
Approved samples and documented marking details provide a reference for batch appearance checks and repeat orders.
Match the Complete Assembly
Where the housing includes separate covers, bezels, or front panels, specify the appearance requirements for each component so the assembled product can be reviewed as a whole.
Send your enclosure drawings, material requirements, quantity, target delivery date, and appearance references. Include logo artwork and a placement drawing where available.
