Hongming Sheng fabricates custom sheet metal enclosures for embedded controllers, touchscreen terminals, smart panels and sensor gateways. We work from customer drawings and equipment layouts to define the front panel, internal mounting and enclosure assembly.

Whether the unit is installed on a wall, recessed into a panel or placed on a desktop, the housing can be reviewed around the actual display module, connectors and service requirements.

Start with the Display and Internal Assembly

Display, Buttons and Indicators

Provide the display module dimensions, visible screen area, mounting method and required front-panel appearance. Button, LED and sensor openings can be arranged around the approved panel layout.

PCB, Wiring and Connector Space

Share the PCB outline, mounting points, standoff positions and wiring space. Side or rear openings for USB, Ethernet, power and other connectors should be shown together with the internal assembly layout.

Covers and Maintenance Access

Screw-fixed covers, snap-fit features or magnetic cover concepts can be reviewed according to the project. Identify the parts that require access and the retention requirements for the cover.

Choose the Installation Format

Appearance and Surface Finish

Powder coating and anodizing for suitable aluminum parts are available according to the enclosure specification. Define the color, texture, visible surfaces and any logo or panel-marking requirements before production.

Material, thickness and finish can be reviewed together with the panel structure, joining method and assembly requirements.

Use the Prototype to Check the Complete Fit

A sample enclosure gives your team an opportunity to check screen alignment, PCB installation, cable access and the selected mounting format. Record any adjustments in the drawing revision before moving to the next production stage.
