A useful enclosure review starts with the actual module dimensions. The visible screen area, front opening, fixing points and rear space should be considered together before the casing drawing is released for fabrication.

Reference examples. Openings, mounting features and finishes are customized to each project.
| 01 | Front Opening and WindowConfirm the visible area, module outline, bezel width and corner radii. If protective glass or a window panel is required, specify its thickness, retaining or adhesive-frame arrangement, and supply responsibility. |
| 02 | Internal Mounting and AlignmentMatch brackets, standoffs and fixing holes to the screen and control hardware. Identify the critical relationships between the display position, front panel and internal mounting points on the drawing. |
| 03 | Rear Space and Service AccessAllow space for connectors, cable routing and the selected electronics. Define rear-cover access and fastener positions so assembly and module replacement can be reviewed before production. |
Flush MountConfirm the panel opening, front edge position, fixing arrangement and space behind the installation panel. | Rear MountConfirm rear brackets or mounting points, fastener access and clearance around the display assembly. | Surface MountConfirm fixing locations, cable entry direction and the required projection from the mounting surface. |
Visible surfaces: Specify color, texture, logo position and cosmetic areas. Concealed screw arrangements can be reviewed where a clean front face is required.
Delivered scope: Confirm whether the order includes the metal casing, brackets, covers and hardware only, or additional assembly work with customer-supplied modules.
Sample review: For a new design, check screen fit, opening alignment, cover access and appearance before confirming the production drawing.
