AI servers place high-power processors and electronics into increasingly compact systems. The heat sink must provide effective surface area while fitting the available envelope, mounting points and airflow direction.
We manufacture aluminum heat sinks according to customer drawings and 3D models. Extrusion can form the primary thermal profile, while CNC machining adds precision interfaces required for the final assembly.

For suitable quantities, an extruded profile provides consistent fins and efficient material use. Secondary CNC machining completes flat contact surfaces, holes, threads, steps, slots and other assembly-critical features.
Prototype quantities can also be machined for initial fit and thermal validation before production tooling or larger-volume manufacturing is confirmed.

6063 aluminum is commonly selected for extruded heat sink profiles because it provides good extrusion performance, surface quality and thermal conductivity.
6061 aluminum offers higher strength and good machining performance, making it suitable for structural heat sinks, bases and components with demanding mechanical features.
The final material should be selected according to heat dissipation, strength, size, finishing and cost requirements.
