Our CNC support includes 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling for pockets, recesses, angled features, hole patterns and mating surfaces. Material grade, tool access and critical features are reviewed before quotation.

Copper and aluminum parts are inspected against the agreed drawing. Critical dimensions, datum references and mating surfaces can be highlighted for the inspection plan.

Related metal brackets, covers and support parts can be supplied with plating, anodizing, powder coating or other specified finishes. Suitability is reviewed with the selected material and surface requirements.

Include finish thickness, masked areas and appearance requirements in the drawing. Final mounting fit and post-treatment dimensions can be checked as agreed.

Prototype, Batch Production and OEM Support

Sample parts allow customers to review geometry, finish appearance and mechanical fit before repeat orders. Production follows the approved drawing revision and agreed inspection requirements.

We support copper and aluminum thermal parts, plus steel or stainless steel hardware where specified, from prototypes and small batches to repeat production.
